A good while back a young leader reached out to me, with a call for help, as we were entering the “new norm”, post COVID, asking; “MC, with your track record in transforming business, what’s your secret sauce?"

My retort as follows: “…no, secret sauce, but a formula I developed years ago, I use as a compass check when adjusting the path of any business I am involved in…”.:

I spent time unpacking the inner details of the tactics on actioning the formula; Sustainable Performance Improvement = Organizational Design/Organizational Development + Strategy Execution.

We caught up again and they were pleased to share, that by rigorously applying this formula, they were able to drive their business forward, – in fact able to take a loss-making business post COVID to double digit top and bottom-line profitability, which continues to expand exponentially…

When we spoke further, they confessed; “MC, I did not initially see the method in what I thought was madness, but now I live by the method to manage to madness!”
